The Thomas Commercial Historic District is a group of 48 contributing properties listed on the National Register of Historic Places that together exemplify the rapid growth in commerce, industry, and population that swept this region at the turn of the 20th Century. The buildings also display a well-preserved variety of architectural styles from the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
